
Here are some tips from @dr.morea to help you when you are overthinking:
1️⃣ Look at what the FACTS SHOW not at what your emotions FEEL like
2️⃣ Focus on the parts of the worries that will actually have SOLUTIONS
3️⃣ ACKNOWLEDGE that some things will be out of your control but worrying will not change the outcome
4️⃣ Sometimes our brain or body will send false signals bc it thinks they are keeping us safe. But we do not need to listen to the FALSE ALARMS
