"Comparing yourself to other people is a slippery road. While it can help you adjust your way of doing things and even inspire you, it can also create the belief that you are not good enough or should be someone other than yourself. While it can seem that, to avoid this negativity, we should not look left and right and just focus on ourselves, there is a healthy way to see how you compare to those around you:
👀 Focus on the position instead of the person: When you compare yourself to someone else, think of their unique position and how it differs from yours. Focus on the points where you can actually see where you two are comparable and blend out the rest.
👀 Instead of "what do they have that I don‘t", try to ask questions like "what can I learn from their way of approaching things" or "what are they doing differently that can help me improve?"
👀 Still, the best comparison is the one to yourself. Focus on how you have evolved in the last few years, what you have accomplished, and what you have managed to leave behind. It will train you to be kinder to yourself and to use comparisons in a constructive way."

I do think it's possible, but ONLY if you can be self aware enough to know when you're crossing that line
