Welcome to EVOLVERE!

     We ask that you please read these Community Guidelines before using www.evolverementalhealth.com (referenced to throughout this document as “our website” or “the website”). When you create an EVOLVERE account or use our website, you agree to be bound by these Community Guidelines when you use or interact with our website in any form. These Community Guidelines are subject to change at the discretion of the EVOLVERE Mental Health Team. You will be notified of any changes or updates to these Community Guidelines via a banner that will be prominently displayed on the homepage of our website. Your continued use of our website after this notification has been posted indicates that you agree to be bound by to the changes or updates to our Community Guidelines when you use or interact with our website in any form.

     EVOLVERE provides individuals with a platform to help them grow and learn independently or as a part of the EVOLVERE community, and to share their knowledge with other EVOLVERE community members. Our goals are to help individuals integrate the tools that they have learned in classrooms and through experiences with the tools that other students and professionals have learned, and to apply them in different ways to optimize EVOLVERE community members' mental health and productivity across all domains in their lives. Positive and respectful interactions within the EVOLVERE community are critical to helping us all achieve our goals. Following the Community Guidelines outlined below will help to make our website and member interactions productive and enjoyable for all EVOLVERE community members.

 

     Please read EVOLVERE’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of Use prior to using our website, and refer to them and these guidelines as you continue to use our website.

     Although we encourage you to create any form of content that expresses your emotions, sparks conversations and debates, or narrates your experiences, the creation and sharing of any form of content that breaches the following Community Guidelines will be met with consequences deemed appropriate by the EVOLVERE team.

1. Hateful Content  

     We do not support EVOLVERE community members posting or sharing any form of content that promotes or condones violence against any individual or group for any reason.

2. Harmful or Dangerous Content

     We do not support EVOLVERE community members posting or sharing any form of content that encourages others to engage in harmful or dangerous actions.

3. Graphic Violent Content

     We do not support EVOLVERE community members posting or sharing any form of content with violent or gory depictions that are posted or shared with the sole intention of being sensational. Any form of content that depicts violence should be contextualized and informative, and should not encourage dangerous or violent acts.

 

4. Nudity or Sexual Content

     We do not support EVOLVERE community members posting or sharing any form of content that depicts pornographic or sexual content, regardless of whether the content depicts the EVOLVERE community member who posted the content or other individuals.

5. Harassment and Cyberbullying

     We do not support EVOLVERE community members posting or sharing any form of content that maliciously harasses or cyberbullies any group or individual.

6. Threatening Content

     We do not support EVOLVERE community members posting or sharing any form of content that threatens or encourages violence against any individual or group in any way.

 

7. Spam and Scams

     We do not support EVOLVERE community members posting or sharing any form of content that spams, intentionally misleads, or deceives any individual or group. Our website is a place for individuals to share their experiences, express their emotions, and start or add to meaningful conversations and debates. The EVOLVERE Mental Health Team has the right to remove any content that we identify as spam or a scam.

     Spam content includes advertising and other promotional activities, especially repetitive actions of these natures. Please refrain from posting any links, codes, referral links, or any form of content that benefits you or an organization that you represent when another individual clicks on that link or uses that code.

8. Breaches of Privacy

     We do not support EVOLVERE community members posting or sharing any form of content that breaches the privacy of any individual or group by sharing information about them that they have not consented to.

9. Copyrights

     We do not support EVOLVERE community members posting or sharing any form of content that violates copyrights or trademarks. Please post and share content that is your own or that you are authorized to use.

10. Encouraging Breaches of Our Community Guidelines or Terms and Conditions of Use

     We do not support EVOLVERE community members posting or sharing any form of content that encourages any individual or groups to violate our Community Guidelines and/or Terms and Conditions of Use.

11. Breaching Community Guidelines

     Breaches of any or multiple of these Community Guidelines will ultimately be determined by the EVOLVERE Team. EVOLVERE community members whom members of the EVOVLERE team have deemed to be in violation of these Community Guidelines will face consequences that will be determined solely by the EVOLVERE team, and external parties if deemed necessary by the EVOLVERE team. Consequences will vary depending on the severity of the Community Guidelines violation, but all content found to violate the Community Guidelines will be removed from the website with notification sent to the account responsible for posting it.

  • A Community Guideline violation deemed minor by the EVOLVERE team will result in the removal of the content in question and a warning to the account holder.

  • A second Community Guideline violation deemed minor by the EVOLVERE team will result in the removal of the content in question, notification to the account holder, and a month long suspension from our website and other EVOLVERE services.

  • A third Community Guideline violation deemed minor by the EVOLVERE team will result in the removal of the content in question, notification to the account holder, and the termination of the account that posted the content in question. Once an individual’s EVOLVERE account has been terminated, they are not able to use our website or any other EVOLVERE services in the future.

  • A Community Guideline violation deemed major by the EVOLVERE team will result in the removal of the content in question, notification to the account holder, and a six month suspension of the account that posted the content in question.

  • A second Community Guideline violation deemed major by the EVOLVERE team will result in the removal of the content in question, notification to the account holder, and the termination of the account that posted the content in question. Once an individual’s EVOLVERE account has been terminated, they are not able to use our website or any other EVOLVERE services in the future.

12. Appealing Community Guideline Violations

     Any member of the EVOLVERE community who has posted content that the EVOLVERE team has deemed in violation of these Community Guidelines can appeal any consequence that they are facing. To appeal a Community Guideline violation, contact the EVOLVERE team at sylvester.evolvere@gmail.com

 

13. Reporting Content That Violates Community Guidelines

     If any member of the EVOLVERE community sees content that violates these Community Guidelines, we ask you to please report this content to us by emailing the EVOLVERE team at sylvester.evolvere@gmail.com and including the content in question and the name of the account that posted this content. The EVOLVERE team will carefully review the content that has been sent to us and move forward accordingly. Determining whether these Community Guidelines have been breached, and an appropriate consequence for any and all violations, will be solely determined by our team. Depending on the violation, an external regulating party will be notified at EVOLVERE’s discretion.
