Hi Elicia! Thank you for your question and apologies my response comes in late :) it's a great question, and it really depends... some people prefer to "set a time" (just like an alarm) beforehand and finish when the alarm rings. Others prefer to sit and finish when they feel it's enough. Both work fine, but what is most important is consistency: start small, and build from there. It's much better to meditate for 5min (or even 3min!) every day, then to sit for 20mins this week, and not at all next week 😊 Good luck!
