The suggestions are appreciated, but coping skills are really personal and we have to figure out what works for us through a bit of trial and error. I mean, what works for someone else won't necessarily work for me. What works for me today might not even work for me tomorrow!

Idk if this is actually a coping skill, but taking a step back from a situation then coming back with fresh eyes and weighing all of my options helps me get through things
