healthy meals are the first thing that I compromise, then I start to lose out on sleep
my sleep schedule gets messed up whenever my school & work schedules get busy
I know how important sleep is and I tell myself that I'll prioritize it...but it's always the first thing to go 🤦🏽♀️
I've tried making more reasonable schedules and setting alarms to remind me to get some sleep, but they never really work for me.
